All motorized assemblies have sleeve bearings where applicable. Hardware is made of brass, stainless, hardened steel, or steel. Cedar shingles are available on all buildings roofs. Redwood is available on any structure or building. Call or send email for pricing. All wood roofs have three coats of water seal on them. Re-application recommended every six months or depending on moisture exposure. Figures, accessories, and loads sold separately unless noted in specific item description. All motorized and electrical assemblies (except for light bulbs) are warranted for a period of 90 days. Replacement light bulbs are available for $2.50 each. All structures are warranted for a period of one year. It is recommended that motorized and electrical assemblies not be left outside for an extended period of time. If left outside, it is highly advised that they be covered. |
